I would normally call this incredible, but in light of the things our government has been up to lately, it actually seems quite reasonable:

By the way, if they allow bows and arrows on airplanes, I’ll be picking up one of the "world’s most accurate hunting crossbows"…for terrorists, that is.

Why such a big crackdown on cellphone use on airplanes and other high profile areas when the bomb is detonated by a cell phone alarm clock?  Most cell phones these days will sound an alarm even when they are powered down completely.

Damn JBT’s.

So what do you think of the new header up at the top of the site? Hilarious, I say.

Just heard a new song by 3 Doors Down that’s fuckin awesome. Visit http://www.3doorsdown.com and play “Live For Today” in the music player on the site.

I’m going to have to get the CD steal the MP3’s for this entire album. Hopefully they won’t over-play this one on the radio like every other 3DD song that’s ever been released.

Oh, and this link is thanks to Brooks: Was Up Milk, a spoof on the Bud ad campaign.

Tessa graduated from police academy last Thursday, and a bunch of us went to the ceremony in St Pete. Tessa’s best friend Crystal had flown into town from Pittsburg, so I got to see her for the first time in a couple years, which was rather nice. The ceremony was quite a nice event, followed by a tasty dinner at Antonio’s, drinks at The Rack, and some dancing at Hyde Park Cafe. I took off work on Friday to help her move into the spare bedroom. Things went pretty well, considering how much stuff there was to move. I didn’t realize a girl could squeeze so many clothes into such a small space. The move started around 8 am and finished around 2 pm, when we relaxed and got ready for the party that night.

Saturday was pretty relaxing, and we ended up going to Benigans and then hitting Peabody’s for a bit of competitive dart play (Go Team Tits!). When we got home, Morpheus was a riot like no other. Pics coming soon. Somehow I think Crystal and I will find the pictures more entertaining than anyone else, but that might not be so surprising considering the state we were in. I don’t think I woke up Sunday until 1:30 in the afternoon.

Crystal’s departure on Sunday night wrapped up a pretty good weekend. More are sure to follow.

On a completely unrelated note, Vegas will have to wait until next year…I think the next vacay is going to be skiing somewhere up north. Destination TBA.

Quite an interesting writing style, but I’d have to say one of the web’s more interesting reads: Not Pretty.

Try search Google for the phrase miserable failure. Then do a search on Google bombing to find out what’s going on. Rather amusing, if I do say so myself.

Ever heard of culture jamming? Quite an interesting phenomenon. Speaking of interesting, check out The Yes Men.
